Johnson’s storied real estate career has traversed the globe and defined him as a sales and marketing pioneer within our company and the industry as a whole. As a co-founder of Cornerstone, he contributes three decades of experience in development, sales, leasing, and project management, from Toronto and Calgary to Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. He has joined forces with leading developers and fortified the success of major developments, building relationships that elevate our company and our clients’ projects. Johnson’s fluency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua has been instrumental in bridging our business between East and West. These professional accomplishments were built on a robust educational foundation, including a B. Comm. from the University of British Columbia, followed by an MBA from Queens University. Beyond his experience and education, Johnson remains humble yet tactical in his approaches, knowing exactly when to shift his guiding principles in order to leave communities and the industry in a better place. Johnson is the kind of leader and mentor who diligently continues to learn and add new wisdom and skillsets to his toolbelt. Real estate stands the test of time, inherently leaving a legacy. A finger always on the pulse, Shab is a calculated strategist with a deep knowledge of the real estate market. Over the years, he has championed some of the GTA’s largest and most successful projects, resulting in record sales.
